Greater Sacramento Mobile Notary & Apostille
Effective Date: 03/06/2026
This Fee Disclosure summarizes our typical pricing structure. Total cost depends on document type, number of notarizations, number of signers, travel distance/time, scheduling urgency, and add-ons (printing, scanbacks, shipping/courier, apostille handling). Quotes are based on the details provided at booking and may change if details change. We provide a quote before dispatch whenever feasible.
California law sets maximum fees per notarial act (per signature). Statutory notary fees are separate from travel, service, loan signing, apostille, and retainer fees and may be charged in addition to them unless explicitly included in writing.
Mobile notary service includes travel, scheduling, and on-site time. Travel fees are quoted based on:
Distance and drive time
Location complexity (gated access, hospitals/care facilities, security check-in)
Parking/access time
Time of day (after-hours/rush)
Travel fees vary widely in California; we quote based on your address and requested time window.
A $79 minimum deposit is required to reserve an appointment time. The deposit is credited toward your final total after services are received. The deposit becomes non-refundable for late cancellations/no-shows or when we have already dispatched/traveled, as applicable (see Cancellation Policy). Third-party costs (printing, shipping/courier, government fees) are non-refundable once incurred.
If the signer(s) is not ready at the confirmed time:
$20 per 15 minutes (minimum charge)
Begins after a 10-minute grace period
Billed in 15-minute increments
Waiting time includes delays due to missing signers, missing/incorrect ID, facility delays, document issues, or other readiness issues.
Appointments outside normal business hours, same-day, late-night, weekend, or holiday may include an additional fee based on urgency and availability. Availability is not guaranteed for any specific time slot.
Common add-ons may include:
Printing loan packages or documents
Scanbacks for loan signings
Document pickup/drop-off coordination
Courier coordination
Fees depend on page count, turnaround time, and urgency and will be quoted.
Apostille pricing may include our service fee (document review for completeness, coordination, submission support). All government fees and third-party costs are additional and not included in apostille service fees unless explicitly stated in writing, including:
California Secretary of State / county fees
Shipping/courier/postage
Translation or embassy/consulate fees (if applicable)
Important: Government and shipping/courier costs are non-refundable once incurred. Processing times and acceptance depend on third parties and destination requirements.
Loan signing fees are quoted based on:
Package type (refinance, purchase, seller, HELOC, reverse mortgage, etc.)
Print/no-print requirements
Scanbacks (if required)
Distance, time window, and urgency
Drop-off/shipping requirements
Loan signing fees are separate from statutory notary fees unless explicitly included in writing.
All quotes and estimates are non-binding estimates only based on the information provided at the time of booking. They are not a guarantee of final pricing. Final charges are determined by the services actually provided (including actual travel/service time, number of notarizations, waiting time, add-ons, and any third-party/government costs) and will be reflected on the final invoice.
Your final invoice is based on:
Actual number of notarizations performed
Actual travel/service performed
Any waiting time accrued
Add-ons requested/required
Any third-party/government costs incurred
Non-Completion:
If an appointment cannot be completed due to circumstances outside our control (including but not limited to missing/unacceptable ID, missing signers, refusal to sign, signer incapacity/unwillingness, incorrect/incomplete documents, facility restrictions, or lack of required witnesses), travel/service fees and any time incurred may still be due, and the reservation deposit may be non-refundable per the Cancellation Policy.
Right to Refuse Service:
We may refuse or discontinue service if legal requirements for notarization are not met or if there are safety concerns. We do not provide legal advice and cannot choose the notarization type for you—your document/receiving agency must specify it.
