A) California Notary Fees (Statutory)

California sets maximum fees for notarial acts (per signature/notarial act). Notary fees are charged in addition to travel and service fees.

  • Time of day (after-hours/rush)

Typical California practice: travel fees vary widely; we quote based on your address and requested time.

A $79 minimum deposit is required to reserve an appointment time.

  • The deposit is credited toward the final total after services are received.

  • The deposit will become non-refundable in late cancellation/no-show cases (see Cancellation Policy).

If the signer is not ready at the confirmed time:

  • $20 per 15 minutes (minimum charge)

  • starts after a 10-minute grace period
