Mobile Notary (per signature or notarial act)

California’s maximum allowed fee per notarized signature.

Travel Fee (Mobile Convenience)

Based on distance, time of day, parking/access, and urgency.
Most local appointments in Sacramento metro fall in the mid-range.

Loan Signing Package

Pricing depends on loan type, document size, printing/scanback requirements, and distance.
Includes common packages such as refinance, purchase, seller, HELOC, and reverse mortgage.

Apostille Processing (Service Fee)

Our apostille assistance fee per document (review + handling + submission coordination).
Government/Secretary of State fees and shipping are additional if applicable.

After-Hours / Emergency Appointments

Evenings, weekends, holidays, and same-day rush requests when available & depends on situations.

Additional Emergency Fee added to the rest of the total.

Witness Fee (if required)

If your document requires witnesses and you need us to coordinate them (subject to availability).
Some documents require you to provide witnesses—ask us when booking.

$50 per witness
